Crochet & Hot Cocoa

Sadly my crochet blanket project has become a bit neglected over the past few weeks but I decided to get on with adding the outer border onto the circles I've already made over the weekend.

I also had a go at trying out various joining methods and have decided to go with Lucy Attic 24's tutorial here, I can see this being a very slow process, ha ha.

A little while ago while reading about the Auckland Food show here I came across a mention of West Coast Cocoa Merchants.

As well as being a coffee lover,  I love chai tea and any hot drinks with peppermint so quick as I could I added three of their products to the shopping cart.

Oh so delicious, it's some of the best hot chocolate I have ever tried.

Oh what a gorgeous blanket you are creating. And I love every one of those drinks!

Love the blanket! So bright and pretty. Enjoy the joining; it can be a bit tedious at times. I love Lucy's tutorials. Mmm, hot cocoa!

Your flowers in snow look very pretty. Mine has stalled too, so I'll be watching yours hoping for the urge to be re awoken!
