before I forget to mention it, Stephanie asked how did I get the shape for the oval ornament - I'd found an oval template online, used it to copy onto the card I was using, cut out two ovals and then laced the cross stitch fabric onto one and the backing fabric onto the other piece. Easy peasey, lol.
I had a little finish the other day and found some matching fabric in my sewing drawers to make it up into a little buttoned pillow. Its been quite some time since I've sewn one of these little pillows!
We enjoyed some sunny weather over the weekend so I took the opportunity to snap a pic of the pillow outside.
