Whew :)

Several weeks ago I sent a little parcel off to Carol for her birthday - well, that parcel certainly took the long slow boat to get there, lol. Carol emailed me earlier today to say that it arrived and that it had been held up at Customs - we can't understand why, but I'm very relieved it made it there eventually.

Carol has been a very good stitching pal to me over the years so I wanted to send her a special friendship gift, as well as some other nice goodies. I chose a Prairie Schooler freebie and made into a hanging pillow.

Sorry, the light in this photo is terrible, it was taken quite late at night. The piece of tatting the pillow is sitting on was given to me by another dear stitching friend when Glenn and I got engaged many moons ago :)

anyways..... happy belated birthday Carol!

I'll be back soon with a new finish to share, until then, take care, and have a happy day xx
