Waitangi Day

It was a public holiday here on Friday for Waitangi Day, so like thousands of other Kiwi's, we headed to the beach. It was a lovely sunny day but a bit breezy. Hannah had her first experience of dipping her feet in the sea:)

She also got to feed the seagulls with Grannie and Poppa (Glenn's Mum & Dad)

I've been sitting up quite late the past few nights, unable to put my needle and thread down as I'm really enjoying my stitching time. I've made heaps of progress on Blessings and Kind Wishes, its probably 3/4's done now :)

I love the beach - one of the things I miss about California. Looks like you had fun!

She's so cute in her sunglasses, and it looks like the weather was great to go toe dipping. :)
Your two earlier finishes were lovely. Looking forward to seeing your updated Blessings.
