I have a serious addiction when it comes to fabric bags - there are so many patterns in my sewing stash already but the other day when I stopped by my quilting LNS I couldn't resist this lovely pattern. Lucky for me, the fabric was included in the kit so I'm all set to go. The best thing about this pattern is its been designed by a very clever local quilter.
This week I've been concentrating on my squares for the Ackworth Friendship RR which I need to send off soon and now my piece is all set to go. I've used Crescent Colours Milady Teal threads and as you can see in the photos, the thread is a silvery blue colour. Very pretty.

Love the pattern, that is great. Beautiful stitching as well! I also think that Poppy is just gorgeous!
I love fabric bags and desperately wish I could sew some of my own! Your new pattern is beautiful! And the RR looks beautiful!
The RR looks pretty - I like that thread color.
That fabric bag is so cute - I like the yo yos!
Lovely bag pattern and nice start on the RR. Love the photo of Poppy
Fun bag, and your squares turned out lovely. I really like the teal you chose for them. Poppy looks quite comfy in her shady spot.
