Needlerolls, needlerolls and more needlerolls

This post is especially for Von, Flosslady and Lisa P :) May I present some of my needleroll collection:

There's quite a few huh? LOL. Some of these I have stitched myself, or Kath has, or I have received in exchanges over the years. I have another couple that are displayed on my office shelves with some of the friendship pieces I have received. In these baskets include designs by Shepherds Bush, Eventide Designs, the Sweetheart Tree, Lizzie Kate, Just Nan and Wren Song Designs.

Andrea and I are going to start our needleroll SAL this coming weekend, and Anne is keen to participate too. Any other takers?

thanks too for the lovely comments on the exchange pieces, as always they really appreciated - I had lots of fun stitching them, and I'm finding that these exchanges are becoming quite addictive!!

Oh my! Just a few needlerolls then?! LOL! They look wonderful all together.

I'd love to join you for a SAL but I have too much else going on. Have fun though!

What beautiful needlerolls! I would love to join you in a SAL, but, have too many projects going on right now... perhaps another one in couple months.

Have fun... I love to stitch needlerolls!

Love the needlerolls Katrina...they look gorgeous in baskets. If I could organise myself a little better I would join you on the needleroll SAL.

I wish I had time to participate in your needleroll SAL - I've never made one! Unfortunately, I have all I can do to keep up with my current projects. Tomorrow night I hope to start Spot of Summer! Your Autumn and Winter spots looked great!

Wow that's quite a collection, I love to stitch needlerolls but they never seem to make it into my rotation, I obviously need to get my needles in gear.

Thanks for sharing

They are just beautiful. Thanks for sharing them. (one of the pics is now my desktop background) :)

Now I want to stitch my very own collection of needlerolls. If I can get my act together by the weekend I may try to join your SAL. I do have some birthday money to spend and promised the ladies at the LNS that I'd be back soon and I wouldn't want to let them down. lol

I would love to join you in a needleroll SAL. I've never made one and saw a picture very similar to yours with a whole bunch of them displayed in a glass bowl. This was several weeks ago and I've been almost obsessive in my hunt for charts/kits. I can't seem to find them anywhere but did manage to local 3 Sweetheart Tree charts in a 'sale'. They arrived yesterday in the mail so I guess it's time for me to stitch one of those up.

Ok, I'm in. I got Sheep&Rabbit (I'm doing sheep) from Elizabeth's Designs. (pic found here: http://www.elizabethsdesigns.com/images/Sheep.jpg )I had so much fun going through their sampler binders and found that an old acquaintance now works there. whoohoo. :)

Oooh.... they're beautiful!! Quite a few of them look familiar-- either ones I've stitched, or patterns in the "to do" pile.

OK, you twisted my arm, I'll join. I've alway wanted a basket of NR's and I don't even own one! Seems to be common for us to give them away. I have lots of SB but there's a freebie that caught my eye months ago I'd like to do instead:
