Last Saturday afternoon I spent several hours sitting at my sewing machine, in between watching the opening of the Olympic Games. The weather outside was atrocious over the weekend, freezing cold wind and rain, so we definitely had no plans to go out and about in it!
I had a little pile of finishing to get on with, including three ornaments that I stitched during July.

It was hard to get a good close up of the stitching on the black fabric.
