Lizzie Kate Holly & Hearts Mystery Sampler

One of the stitching projects I worked on when my holiday break started was Part 3 of the Lizzie Kate Mystery Sampler. The last few stitches were done on Christmas Eve, after Kath came to the rescue with some more of the Oscar WDW thread.

I restitched "honor" to "honour" after the alternative spelling was put on the Lizzie Kate website but had to juggle around trying to fit it in with the little border meaning it was stitched about three times!

The whole sampler:

stitched with recommended WDW threads, 32ct Doubloon linen Picture this Plus

This was a lovely design and I'm so pleased I decided to sign up for it without having even seeing the patterns first.

Gosh, I love this, so very pretty!

If you ever feel like trading it, let me know. I have the Birds of a Sampler 3 part mystery from WTNT I have not never used.

Beautiful work Katrina. You would never know that "honour" had to be restitched. It looks as if it was designed that way.

Beautiful. I'm glad they charted the 'honour' sometimes they forget that around the world countries have different spellings. It would be good to have the choice.

Beautiful stitching! I didn't realize that they had posted a conversion for the spelling. I ordered PSS Love Thy Neigbor and Paulette sent me a conversion to accomodate our use of the letter u.

The LK design is so lovely that I just might have to add this one to my wishlist.
