I've been slowly making some progress on Christmas Garden - having reached the bottom of the sampler, the end is now in sight!
This project has been in my stitching basket for quite some time, started back in November 2012. I've really enjoyed stitching for the first time on the 40 count linen.
The packing and sorting at Mum and Dad's went well over the weekend. They are not moving too far, and will actually be a lot closer to our house. The new house has a great big yard with many fruit trees and Dad can't wait to get a vegetable garden planted up. He'll be wanting to get his potatoes planted soon for our Christmas meal :) Hannah is going to love playing at the new place, there is a long concrete driveway, which I can just see Zoe and Hannah whipping up and down on their scooters!
See you soon x

Roller skates for Christmas, maybe??
Beautifully neat stitches as always.
Beautiful stitching and photography, as always :)

Beautiful stitching.

Oh, that's turning out so pretty.
A friend gave me the book last Christmas, you make me want to start it. lol
But, it's Fall here in the US, and I have Fall and Halloween stitching waiting.
Maybe a Winter project?
Thanks for sharing your pic of it.

Great progress on Winter Garden.
Your project looks lovely :)
I still have Christmas Garden all kitted up and ready to go in my stash room. Too many other projects have been calling to me and getting in the way from my start. Yours is stunning!
Ohh pretty
I started from the bottom and going up
I'm leaning toward stitching the alphabet in instead of Christmas garden. I left it blank for now
A wonderful piece. I can see a finish on the horizon.
Congrats on the progress on this one! I wanted to start mine this year, but all I did was get it kitted. I may start it close to Christmas! So much to do, so little time! Hugs!
Christmas Garden is growing so fast, and looking great. A long concrete drive is the dream of all kids isn't it!! Hope the girls will enjoy lots of hours rolling...
