today I thought I'd share some of DH's projects - he's been a busy boy lately:
Pickling onions, 10 kilos in total, roll on three months when we get to test them, lol
First ever batch of tomato relish using our own tomatoes
Very tasty it is too!
This weekend's project: a new hut for Hannah, made from timber that Glenn had stored away at his workshop.
Daddy just needs to make a ladder now doesn't he Hannah? Hannah loves it and I can see her spending many an hour playing up there. Wish I had a hut like that when I was a kid!

Your husband has been very busy and is obviously very talented. Lucky Hannah.
Wonderful projects. Hannah obviously loves her hut. My husband and his father built our three a wooden play structure. They spent many, many hours in that little house.

Pickling onions and making tomato relish - our tomatoes just didn't do well this year, plenty of green ones on the vines so maybe I'll do chutney with those!
A wonderful treehouse for Hannah - I can see endless hours of fun ahead.

oh yum im really craving relish! do you have to be super picky about jarring it up? sterilizing etc??
