Plant Love

Hello friends,

There's quite a bit of secret stitching and crafting going here at the moment, all to be revealed soon I promise.  I've been having a lot of fun looking through my patterns and stash for ideas for these gifts for up and coming birthdays and also for Christmas presents.

I have had this Lizzie Kate pattern printed off for the longest time and thought it would be just perfect to stitch for my good friend Janet's 65th birthday, which is today.

Plant Love by Lizzie Kate
Gift of Stitching Issue 28
stitched with recommended threads, 32ct cream linen

Janet is a big purple fan so when I came across the dragonfly charm in my charm box I knew it would be just right for the little pillow. I'm pleased to say that Janet was just thrilled with it!

Speaking of Janet, here's a pic of the little posy of flowers she placed on my desk at work one day last week:

Aren't they sweet and they smelled divine :)

Have a happy day x
