Crochet & Knitting

Hi everybody,
it looks like we're going to be in for another rainy and cold weekend so the plan is for lots of stitching and maybe some crochet on my new project, the Wool Eater blanket, if we're going to be stuck indoors all weekend.

Here's my progress so far.

I picked up a few more balls of wool the other day to go along with my pink/purple/blue theme.

I also couldn't resist these booklets, which I purchased from the Yarn Queen in a recent sale.

More cute projects to add to the "To do one day soon"  list!

Have a fun weekend!  Thanks for stopping by. See You soon xx

I love the colors you've chosen for the blanket!

The colours are gorgeous. Didn't realize we were in for MORE wet weather. It is a lovely day up here in my part of Auckland. The fog has gone, the sun is shining and there is not a cloud in the sky and my clothes line is full. Enjoy your weekend

Greetings from Oz. I love the wool eater blanket and am doing one myself. Picture of mine on my blog if you're interested. I usually consider the other side as the 'right' side but either side looks great. The little cardi in the King Cole book is absolutely gorgeous. I went to the link but couldn't find it on the site - such a shame as I would have loved that pattern.
