First Stitching Update for 2011

I haven't stitched as much as I would have liked to over the past week or so, mostly because of these hot days but I'm still pleased with my progress on both Christmas Rules and the project I picked out for my holiday break.

Christmas Rules as of 6.1.2011
The Virtue Sampler by Little House Needleworks
I'm using the recommended threads and fabric is 32ct putty belfast

I probably won't be back here until this time next week - DH heads back to work early next week so Hannah and I are heading away for a few days to stay with my cousin Donna. Until then, happy stitching!

Love love love watching your LK Christmas grow - I really must stitch this one! And your LHN is growing beautifully :D Know what you mean about the heat - our electric fans are pretty on 24/7 when we're at home - I hate SYD in summer, it takes on the humidity of AKL and chucks on a bundle more degrees on top ... yucky :( Still hasn't stopped the stitching yet though :P

Love your projects Katrina. I tried to resist Christmas Rules but seeing Edgar's finish and yours and others....well now I have to start collecting the patterns. I love the bright and cheerful colors in this piece reflecting the trend in recent years to include bright reds and lime greens etc in Christmas decorating. Of course now she has out Halloween Rules and I love that one too - darn it!
