Birthday gift, WIPS and more

We've not long arrived home from having afternoon tea with Glenn's Mum and Dad for Heather's birthday. One of the gifts we gave Heather, was this little neckwarmer I'd made - it matches the fingerless gloves I'd knitted her last month for Mother's Day. She thought it was pretty cool!

Ravelry pattern with my own modification

Now I'm currently knitting a pair of these, using Patons Jet wool. I love the variations in the stripes so far.

I've also put some major time into The Rain Fell this week and I'd like to try and see this one finished over the next few days.

Have a great weekend!

Your neckwarmer is really lovely. It's such a pretty shade of blue.
Your LHN is really coming along too. I'm sure you'll have it complete in no time!
