Mrs Perkins and Fabric Stash

Last Friday I went along with Kath to the bi-annual Wine Country Quilter's exhibition.
There were so many beautiful quilts on display - sorry, I forgot my camera so can't share any pics with you, but it was just wonderful viewing all the quilts, we have some very talented quilters that live in our area.

Of course there were several merchant stalls to browse too. I'd been so looking forward to checking these out, I'd been excited for days!! I was very, very restrained and found a couple of pieces of fabric for using with my Easter stitching projects. I just loved the bunnies, and the metallic pink spots. I love my spottie fabrics!

This set of fat quarters caught my eye as well.

Just perfect for this Melly & Me pattern,Mrs Perkins, that I couldn't resist buying to make for Miss H.

Ohh, its rather dark and chilly out there this morning. I think Autumn is well and truly here.
Have a great day folks and thanks for visiting!

There's nothing like a show/exhibition to get us motivated. Enjoy.

Sounds like you had a wonderful time - Isn't Mrs Perkins so cool - I bought this kit at my local LNS recently. Love that fabric too.
