Birthdays, Christmas Parties, Parades and More

Like for probably everyone else, December has definately been a month of Christmas craziness around here. We've had several birthdays, Christmas parties, watched the local Christmas parade, shopped till I've dropped, a family pre Christmas get together meal, and also been hit with a nasty tummy bug.

This week I've got a Christmas lunch with my workmates, Hannah's last baby group get together of the year, and one Christmas dinner. Whew! The good thing is that in two days I'll be on holiday for three whole weeks - wahooo! can't wait! Glenn also starts his Christmas break early next week.

I can finally share a little piece which I stitched for Kath's birthday last weekend. I had this design kitted and sitting in my stitching basket for such a long time to do for Kath so finally this year its made an appearance :)

In the Pink - Ewe & Eye & Friends

Last weekend it was the local Santa parade here, Mum and I took Zoe and Hannah along, and they both thoroughly enjoyed it. Hannah got all excited when the pipe band came up the street.

On Saturday we went along to my aunt and uncle's for a family get together. The highlight of the day was when Father Christmas (my dad, hee hee) and his reindeer helper (my cousin's fiance Amanda) made an appearance. Even little Hannah got a pressie :)

I had a very special friend and her Mum drop by late Sunday afternoon so will be back here tomorrow to share all the details!
bye for now,
Katrina
