A Bit of Catching Up to do

Thank you for all the little messages and thoughts over the recent weeks, its been lovely to hear from everyone :) Finding time to post on my blog is bit of a rarity these days but I hope to be able to post an update every now and then.

A recent finish to share is Lizzie Kate's Double Flips. I've stitched this for my Mum's birthday next month so hopefully I'll be able get it to my friend that does all my framing in the next week or so. It was a lovely stitch.

stitched on 32ct cream belfast using DMC threads

For the past week or so our house has been the House of Misery as both Glenn and I have had a bout of the flu. Glenn was the worse of us, he had three days in bed, could hardly even walk. With my dose of the flu I got a pounding headache for 24 hours, not very pleasant at all when there's a little one to care for. Luckily for us, my mum was able to come and take care of Hannah for a few hours while we both rested up.

But we're both on the mend now and Glenn is back at work today.

so here at the latest pics of our wee girl. Hannah is going to be nine weeks old this week. Last week she was weighing 7lb 7 but I'm sure she's put on a huge amount over the weekend, must be all that sleeping she's doing for us :)

as always, thanks for stopping by :)
