WIP Pics

Here is my progress so far on Pink Carnations, just over the half way mark now. Sure has been interesting stitching on the gingham fabric :)

I pulled out Sampler Game board to work on yesterday - I was home from work a little earlier than normal so got some quality stitching time last night and managed to stitch 3 motifs and almost 3 houses, I so enjoy stitching on this piece.

I got a lovely surprise in the mail yesterday - a voucher from my favourite LNS, Heirlooms to get $25.00 off my next purchase. Umm, I wonder what I'll use it on :)

We don't have much on this coming weekend, just some quiet days around home. My Dad is coming sometime on Saturday to wallpaper our toilet/shower room, which Glenn has been redecorating over the past few months. Can't wait until its finished now, then I need to go shopping for a few accessories.

Thanks so much for stopping by and for your nice comments about my recent finishes. I appreciate them so very much :)

Both WIPs are gorgeous. I'm using that pink gingham on my Queen of the Needle piece and it really is different to stitch on - looks great though!

The gingham is interesting to stitch on, isn't it? I just used it for the first time the other day. Both of the pieces are looking really nice!

Great progress on them both! I have never tried stitching on Gingham, it looks so cute. I have patterns that call for gingham, so one of these days I’ll try it out :)

Have fun re-decorating! I love getting a new look in the house.

I love the way Pink Carnations is turning out (especially on the gingham fabric), I just love so many of The Sweetheart Tree's designs. I have done several myself. You know their shop is here in Arizona, about 20 or so miles from where I live.

Love 'Pink Carnations' and the beautiful gingham background. Is it difficult to stitch on?.
SB looks great and makes me want to start mine. But I must be patient and get some other things stitched first.
Have a great week.

Wonderful WIP and I love the ST design. I am going to finish mine as biscornu, I don't know if it will be too big though.
