Thank you for your comments on the exhibition, they are most appreciated. It's a fun event to be involved with, but boy, alot of work goes into it - not only the setting up, but also all the publicity, and organising guest displays takes considerable time. I will be pleased to see Friday tomorrow, its been another pretty busy week with one thing or another, and after spending 12 days in a row at work, including the days for the exhibition, it will be good to be home over the weekend.
Glenn and I have been having lots of fun with Poppy since I picked her up on Tuesday night. She is so adorable, and very smoochie - loves to be cuddled and have her belly rubbed, lol. Her first night home was rather interesting, none of us got much sleep but last night we tried a different tactic and we all had a peaceful night's sleep :) Its very hard to leave her behind in the mornings when I head off to work, but she's fine - I think she's been sleeping most of the day and hopefully not getting up to too much mischief. I must say, its so nice to have a kitty again, I still miss our dear old Pudd Pudd very much but we can already tell that Poppy is going to give us lots of enjoyment.
Stitchingwise I've been working on a small Just Nan design this week, Garden Maze, its one of the patterns I bought last weekend. I've also finished two more of the Lizze Kate 12 Blessings and spent some more time on Sampler Game Board. Its so good to not have any deadlines looming , as I felt a bit pressured over the past month or so to get everything ready for the exhibition. Will post some progress pics over the next few days.
