One of my favourite projects to stitch during 2018 was the Farmhouse Christmas series by Little House Needleworks.
Once I finished stitching all the patterns, over several weekends I slowly got each design made up into individual ornaments. I chose to use jute trim and ribbon, gingham ribbon and rusty bells to accessorise each one.
For the backing fabric I chose this pretty red and light fawn colour.
What a lovely series this was and I'm now very tempted by the new designs coming soon, Jack Frost's Tree Farm. Decisions, decisions, lol.
See you soon xx

They are so cute and your backing fabric is lovely.
These are beautiful treasures. Could I ask which cross stitch fabric you use? I would love to have a go at something like this x

The finishing is perfect, and the backing is a great color for them.
Congrats on your big finish.

These are sweet. Really like them on the wreath. x
Great finishes! Love the simplicity of the jute with the ribbon and bell. Your project bag on the post below is beautiful as well!
I love your finishing Katrina. It certainly was a nice project to work on. I am going to do the Jack Frost series, I am getting my,patterns through Stitch NZ
What a beautiful finish! I'm stitching this series this year and hope to get it done by next Christmas.

Fabulous Katrina. They look wonderful. You have a good reason to now start new projects. Love the Merrily Merrily sampler. I have resisted getting this simply because of my UFO's and I really must complete them. This Farmhouse series is one of them. I was going to do it all as one picture but thinking the little pillows really are lovely and how you displayed on a pine wreath.
Beautifully finished. They look wonderful individually.
Such gorgeous pieces! Lovely finishing.
They are all beautiful.
I just love it how you finished these !!
