Sampler Hare
A recent finish is this little cutie by La-D-Da, Sampler Hare. My friend Clare had given me the pattern and kit for a birthday gift last year and I started it straight away. But for some reason or another I never finished it.
A few weeks ago, around about Easter time, I pulled it out from my stitching basket and finished the stitching part. Then it was a matter of sewing it all together, all the supplies apart from the stuffing were included and the instructions were pretty straight forward to follow. The most fiddly part was getting some stuffing into the ear lol. The little tail was made by pulling threads from the cross stitch fabric.
There is now another companion bunny for this one, Sweet Pea, which I'll have to buy sometime.
See you soon xx

I am sure I saw this on your instagram Katrina & thought how really, really beautiful it is! You have done such a wonderful job creating it & I love the slightly muted, antiquey looking colours.
This is such a special cross stitch. I have been over and looked at Sweet Pea too, they will both have to go onto my must buy list. x
That's one cute bunny!

This is so very precious!
So adorable, Katrina. Lovely stitching and finishing. I have been tempted by the bunnies - love how they look! Lori
I wanted you to know Katrina, that I just sent you two emails. The emails are about another beautiful piece you did a long while back. Hope to hear from you about that.
This bunny is so sweet. I'm inspired from stopping in. Is there a way I can become a follower I wonder. I don't see anywhere, where I can join or subscribe by email.
It's very nice hare :)
What an awesome finish! He is so darling!
That's cute... you did a fine job both stitching AND finishing!
