Red Brolly Christmas Designs

Today is the first day of my summer holidays!  Yippee!  I can't tell you how much I've been looking forward to the next few weeks!

Two days until Christmas now and there's one excited little girl at this house! This morning we finished the last of the gift shopping and braved the crowds at the supermarket for the last of the food shopping so now we can chill out and enjoy the next few days.  This year we are spending Christmas Day with Glenn's family in the morning and then onto my family for late afternoon and dinner get together. I have some family members home from overseas for the first time in several years so I'm very much looking forward to seeing them as well.

As you probably figured out by now I just love red work stitching and other stitchery work,  and over the year I stitched several different projects from my favourite designers.

I just love visiting the Red Brolly website for all sorts of inspiration and these little Christmas stitcheries were offered as freebies last December.

Some of these I stitched with Cottage Garden threads, Running Postman and Mistletoe, and my variegated DMC 115.

Very easy to put together - just a running stitch around the edge in gold thread, a wee bit of stuffing and then a trim with my pinking shears!

Thanks for stopping by xx

I am in desperate need of those patterns. I started making them and was downloading them one at a time. Her blog's down and I cannot find those patterns anywhere! I'm making them for my Daughters teachers. If there is any way you could send them to me or upload them to your blog I would so so grateful. Thank you so much for your time.
