Birthday Gifts

It's going to be a lovely day here, what a pity I have to go into work soon :) I hope the sunshine sticks around for the weekend!

As I mentioned in my last post, I received some fantastic presents for my birthday recently and wanted to share the craft related ones here.  First up, from Kath, as always, she totally spoilt me, with a Blackbird Designs book I'd been wishing for, some sweet blue fabric and a little stitcher's purse.

How about this cute coin purse also from Kath - the stitchery makes me laugh every time, sums up my shopping addiction perfectly, hee hee.

From Clare, I received this totally gorgeous needle book:

On the inside I found a little scissor pocket containing a new pair of blue polka dot scissors - how cool!

These two dear friends of mine are so talented with their stitchery and sewing skills, and I always love being a recipient of their goodies :) Thanks again Kath & Clare!

Lastly for this morning, my dear Mum gave me a selection of charms - I'd just talked with her recently how I wanted to increase my charm and button stash :)
