Stitched on 32ct willow green belfast linen, and I'll probably make it into a flat fold.
Next up is the first Double Flip Dream and Love by Lizzie Kate. I've decided to stitch this series on 32ct light mocha linen and use DMC Threads, instead of the recommended Weeks and Sampler threads.
Also, out of the depths of my stitching basket, lol, I've been stitching on Sampler Game Board. I've been stitching on this for the past few days so since this pic I have completed another row of the houses and the right hand border is completely finished.
I hope to finish this in the next few weeks, yay, it will be my first major happy dance for 2008.
I recently changed my Monthly Bits threads with Stitching Bits and Bobs to Crescent Colour Belle Silks and the first selection arrived recently - such pretty colours, and I was really pleased to see the new Just Nan freebie included as the freebie pattern.
Last week I also was able to get a bit more ornament finishing done, only about 5 left from 2007 to make up now :)
This one is an Elizabeth Designs freebie, you can find it here
This little Father Christmas is a Mosey n Me design from the JCS 2004 issue.
Lastly for this morning, I recently went to my first papercraft class of the year at my local scrapbooking shop. We made this cool gift box, a great idea and I can see me making more of these, perhaps even Christmas boxes.
The box all closed up:
And opened up to reveal a message :)
Other news from me, baby and I are doing fine - 27 weeks this week :) At present I'm trying to plan my cover at work for the duration of my maternity leave. Its a been bit of a reality check, when I think about how close its getting to when I'll be going on leave and the work I have to get done before then. Glenn and I have been buying lots of baby gear but we've also been very fortunate in that family and friends will be lending us things too. We've already spent a small fortune on clothes, toys, a stroller, etc, but I just can't resist all the cute stuff out there!!
righto, had better head out the door to work, thanks for stopping by and a big hi to all the new posters to my blog, lovely to hear from you :)

Great update Katrina! Everything is just so beautiufl!
How long do you have maternity leave for? In Canada you can have up to a year.
Wow, you've been very busy. They all look wonderful, great progess on the WIP's and what lovely finishes. I have the fabric and patterns to start the LK series, but still need to get the floss. Your start looks so pretty, I really need to get going on this or everyone will be done before I even get started.
Glad everything is going well for you. I remember when I was getting ready and doing planning for my DD, what an exciting time. Enjoy it all, and take plenty of pictures along the way.
Sue
